Terms & Conditions
– Reservations Require a major credit card information
– Reservations are finalized upon receipt of a signed agreement
– All deposits are Non refundable
– All cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the reservation.
– Full amount will be charged, if reservation cancelled in less that 24 Hours before its start date & time
– Smoking is not permitted in a Limo Lux Vehicle
– Possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs by the client or any member of the client’s group, while in a Limo Lux vehicle, will result in an immediate termination of a contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees
– A client is responsible for his/hers guests for any damage to the interior and equipment’s of the vehicle. This includes but is not limited to:
* Gum, wine or beverages spillage – minimum fees: $50.00
* Vomiting – minimum fees: $700.00
* Breakage of drinking glasses – minimum fee: $20.00
* Breakage of lights or electric and electronic equipment – minimum fee: $250.00
– Passengers may bring personal Cds, USB drivers and other personal items. :imo Lux doesn’t take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period
– Limo Lux reserves the right to expel any person from its vehicle and/or terminate this contract in the event of violation of any of the conditions by any passenger. In the event of such termination no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded
– Limo Lux shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdowns, incorrect pick up and drop off information and any situation beyond our control
– In the event any part of this contract is declare unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect
– In rare occasions Limo Lux may need to substitute the vehicle or the color of the vehicle booked. The substitute vehicle will be in the same or higher class
– Waiting time: 15 minutes for all reservations are free, any time after will be a subject to additional fee
